Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 45 years
  • You need to understand Customer requirements to be able to close the call. (NO HARD SELLING/CLOSING)
  • Strong sales ability and confidence in phone conversation
  • Excellent English communication skill (speaking & listening)
  • Target-driven, disciplined & punctual
  • Able to handle rejections and maintain professionalism
  • Willing to work in the morning from 8AM to 2:30PM

Responsibilities & Context

  • Make outbound calls to Australian customers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional conversation with customers.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and appointments in the system.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Representative must be coachable and able to work 5 days a week, 8AM to 2:30 Monday - Friday ( up to 1:15PM )
